The drink requires 1 amla, 1/2 tsp wet haldi (turmeric), 1 tbsp ginger, 4-6 black peppercorns, and 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar.
Wash and chop the amla, ginger, and haldi.
Add the chopped ingredients to a blender jar along with peppercorns and a bit of water.
Blend the ingredients to form a coarse paste.
Squeeze the paste and strain the liquid to obtain the juice.
Add apple cider vinegar to the strained liquid and stir well.
Drink it fresh on an empty stomach for the best immune-boosting results.
